This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the GossiGo app, how we use that data, and how you can exercise your rights. By using GossiGo, you agree to the data practices described here.
Profile information: your email address, username, profile photo, and (if provided) birth date and other details you give us when creating an account.
Gossip content: the written, voice (voice gossip), and visual content you post, your comments, your votes (swipes/likes), and your group memberships.
Usage data: data about how you use the app (content you view, session length, device and OS information, approximate location, crash/error logs) — used to improve the service and detect abuse.
We use your data to: create and manage your account; personalize your gossip feed (the swipe queue); send notifications; enforce community guidelines and prevent abuse; and analyze and improve the app. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile information and content are removed from our systems within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days); some records (e.g. transaction/security logs) may be kept longer where required by law.
You have the right to request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to how your data is processed. You can exercise these rights from your profile settings or by writing to info@startyazilim.com. Requests are answered within a reasonable timeframe.
