By downloading, creating an account for, or using the GossiGo app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app. GossiGo is a social discovery platform built around anonymous and named gossip sharing; the rules below exist to keep that experience safe for everyone.
You must be over 13 years old and provide accurate account information to use GossiGo. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and your password confidential. The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account. An account may only be used by one person; transferring or selling an account is prohibited. Accounts using a fake identity, impersonating a profile, or misrepresenting another person or organization may be suspended.
You are responsible for the gossip (written, voice, or visual) you post on GossiGo. The following are strictly prohibited: harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting directed at real people; sharing non-consensual intimate or private content; any content related to child exploitation; content intended to intentionally cause material or reputational harm through false information; and spam, fraud, or malicious links. GossiGo reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines without prior notice. While the "gossip" format is meant to be lighthearted and for entertainment, claims that would cause serious harm to real people are not protected under this framing.
The GossiGo name, logo, interface design, and software belong to Start Yazılım and are protected by copyright. You retain copyright over the content you post; however, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and for promotional purposes. You must not post content subject to someone else's copyright without permission.
If we determine that you have violated these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without warning. Repeated violations result in a permanent ban. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings; after a closure request, your data is retained for the period specified in the Privacy Policy.
GossiGo does not guarantee the accuracy of content shared by users; gossip content on the platform reflects user opinion and should not be treated as information endorsed by GossiGo. The app is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. GossiGo is not a party to disputes between users.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notification. Continuing to use the app after updated terms take effect means you accept the new terms.
